The Bees of August 2011

t is mid-August and the Tall Daisies around the terrace are about six feet tall. Every morning we will most likely be found sitting out there at the table having our coffee, tea and toast. We watch the birds coming to get the seed we put out and the Chipmuncks stealing it (unless Misha sees them and chases them off).

We do this all under a blanket of soft buzzing.

Up high among the Tall Daisies (I like to think they are our Bees.). Bees are busy. Buzzily taking what they need back to the hive to make enough honey to get them through the winter (and maybe some to share with the Beekeeper and us too).
